Initiated strategy evaluation of Workday Adaptive Planning’s performance sales and market performance, resulting in major investments to launch a new EPM product that increased addressable market by $2B and increase growth trajectory.

Led pricing and packaging changes for Workday Prism Analytics that created a new product edition to expand the addressable market in large enterprises. Conducted multiple cross-functional workshops across product, marketing, sales operations, field sales to evaluate and select ideal price structure approach.

Established AI/ML prioritization framework to evaluate value outcomes for embedded intelligence based target personae, use case, and customer value potential.

Led business strategy definition, guided MVP scoping, and defined pricing and packaging for a new AI/ML SKU, Workday People Analytics. Conducted competitive pricing research, financial modeling, and stakeholder socialization and buy-in.

Mentoring and influencing over 40 product management leaders and individual contributors via group conversations, recurring 1x1s, and engagement planning cycles (annual, release). Data-, customer-, and market-driven approach resulting in more focused major feature investments to reduce customer churn, increase adoption, and improve sales references.
